Tim Raue cooks at the Berlinale 2017: Every year, the Culinary Cinema section invites some of the world’s best chefs to Berlin to accompany this popular film series. This year, Raue is among the hosts because he is the first German chef to be honored with his own installment of the successful Netflix series “Chef’s Table.”

Lufthansa Magazin recently paid a visit to Tim Raue at his Restaurant Tim Raue in Kreuzberg in Berlin, where he provokes diners’ taste buds with unusual Asian-Fusion dishes. Check out our video to find out why he never serves noodles, rice or bread.
