Fans of the U.S. fantasy series “Game of Thrones” will recognize Kingsroad, the 2000-mile track that passes through the Seven Kingdoms on the continent of Westeros. Filming actually took place on a stretch of road just a few hundred meters long – Bregagh Road, aka The Dark Hedge – in the county of Antrim, Northern Ireland. The locals swear they have seen Lady Grey appear there briefly, only to vanish again amid the gnarled beeches whose crowns look like they are locked in an embrace, but we found no photos to prove it.
