I find Peter Guralnick’s Dream Boogie: The Triumph of Sam Cooke very inspirational. It’s a biography recounting the great soul singer’s life and death.

3 Headphones
Listening to music is  the way I relax best when I’m traveling. Currently, I’ve been listening to R&B and ’90s hip-hop when I fly.
